SHIPPING
All of our bags use one or more vintage materials and therefore are limited editions. Each time you buy a bag, it comes with an embossed card on which the number of your bag in the edition is handwritten. 
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 days, usually within 48 hours. Please let us know if you need it urgently. If the bag you are trying to order is out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified via email. We cannot ship out on weekends or bank holidays. Domestic orders are shipped by Colissimo. For international orders, please email us: contactus@natashabarrault.com.
If you need your order quickly, we are able to send it by Fedex or DHL. Please email us for a quote at contactus@natashabarrault.com
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or natural disasters. Any duties incurred from delivery are the customer’s responsibility. 
 
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of shipping date with original sales receipt. After 14 days, all sales are final.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us at contactus@natashabarrault.com with your name, order number, item or items you wish to return, and reason for return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Natasha Barrault will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages without proof of delivery.
 Upon our receiving and inspection of merchandise, replacement items will be sent or a refund issued to the same credit card with which the original purchase was made.
 Bags in the Trim Collection are made from beautiful, rare vintage trimmings composed of delicate threads. We cannot be held responsible for damage due to threads getting caught in jewelry, or other sharp objects.
 We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. We reserve the right to deny any refunds.

Natasha Barrault takes the privacy of our customers very seriously. We value our customers and respect your privacy. We collect information about you through our Website in an effort to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency, except that we may share your information under certain circumstances with outside consultants or companies, but only for the purpose of enabling those consultants or companies to help this site function or assist us in our business. This Privacy Policy only covers information collected through this Website, and does not cover any information collected offline by us, including information collected by our 3rd Party Wholesale Retail partners.
