Natasha Barrault bags are limited edition companion pieces, designed in the South of France and assembled by hand in Tunisia and France out of new stock of vintage materials such as trimmings and men’s tie fabrics, paired with a canvas woven in Tunisian workshops. Details such as vintage chains add luxurious finishing touches. By revisiting centuries old traditions, we are helping artisans keeping their crafts alive. By sourcing vintage stock, we are reducing the amount of materials used and giving timeless fabrics and trimmings new life.
Born and raised in Paris, Natasha worked in the film industry before moving to London where she started her career as a couture accessories designer. From 1990, the company, based in both London and Paris, was selling to some of the best fashion retailers across America, Europe and Asia. Client list included Barneys New York, Henri Bendel and Neiman Marcus in America; Harvey Nichols, Fortnum and Mason and Browns of London in London; Victoire in Paris; Joyce, Takashimaya and Barneys Japan in Asia. Having worked as an interior and landscape designer for most of the past 2 decades, Natasha started designing a new bag line while in Los Angeles. The brand is now being established between the south of France, Paris, L.A, and Tunisia, all connected in its development.
